Performances & Forums




Our next forum will take place at the Zimmerli Art Museum, located at 71 Hamilton Avenue New Brunswick, on Sunday, November 15 at 1 PM. The presenters will be cellists Jonathan Spitz, string coordinator for Mason Gross School of the Arts Music Department, and Susannah Chapman, one of our new faculty members. Their forum will be followed by a concert at 2 PM entitled, “Cello Extravaganza,” which will also include faculty members Mira Kang and Jordan Enzinger. These events are free and open to the public.


Allison Brewster Franzetti


ACMP artistic director Allison Brewster Franzetti will be performing at the opening concert of the Latin American Culture Week on Thursday, November 12. This concert will take place at Merkin Concert Hall in New York, located at 129 West 67th Street. Dr. Franzetti and her husband, Grammy Winner and multiple Latin Grammy Winner Carlos Franzetti, will perform together as part of Latin American Culture Week at the Flamboyán Theater, Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural & Educational Center, located at 107 Suffolk St, (Lower Level) New York.

  1. Are these forums and performances up to date? I am reading it on 8/21/2016. You are announcing your next forum and concert for November 15, Sunday. November 15 is 3 months away from today, but the 15th is not on a Sunday. Are your announcements 9 months old and past the performance?
